Reservation Policies
In addition to reviewing the terms and conditions in your confirmation email, the customer must acknowledge and agree to the following before proceeding:
Sutton Lake is Alcohol free because it is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers. That being said we do not check your coolers and the Army Corps of Engineers does not have the right to check your coolers either!
Weather related cancellations are the only ones that are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel for any reason the day of or the day before there will be no refund.
A boater's safety card is required for those born after 1989 and it is free to obtain just follow the directions in the email otherwise we can do this the day of just please arrive 15-30 minutes early if you go this route.
Boat gets a full tank of gas and the renter is responsible, financially, for the fuel after the reservation.
